5.2 General Bonus Terms

There are four VIP levels for regular players: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss for that week. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
Betting Terms

6.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet has been placed and accepted by the system, it is considered final. If a bet does not go through due to a technical issue, no funds will be deducted from the user.
